Job Description:
- Conduct an analysis of office facility requirements
- Analyzing costs for the provision and maintenance of all facilities and facilities to support office activities
- Establish working relationships with vendor providers
- Making inspection procedures and facility maintenance work
- Conducting employee satisfaction surveys on office facilities
- Prepare asset reports and office expenses
- Handle guests who have needs with employees and company management
- Handle complaints relating to office facilities and infrastructure
- Controlling office operational expenses and maintain cost efficiency
- Manage outsourced employee (cleaning service and driver)
Job Requirements:
- At least Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
- Able to use AutoCAD 2D/3D
- Experience in the same position minimum 2 years
- Having the ability to plan Office facility maintenance schedules and repair the damage
- Experience in the office interior field or renovation project will be an advantage
- Understand the problems and maintenance of official vehicles
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Computer literate (especially MS. Excel, Power Point)
- English understanding
- Delivers good professional service
- Able to work in a team
