Saat ini PT OLX Indonesia (OLX Autos) kembali membuka lowongan kerja terbaru pada bulan April 2022 untuk mencari calon karyawan yang siap untuk mengisi posisi jabatan yang sedang dibutuhkan. Posisi :
1. HR Operations Specialist
What you’ll do: (Job Responsibility)
- Maintain employee database completeness, accuracy, and quality
- Monitor Manpower movement
- Provide analysis and reports using the HR tools and data
- Heavily involved in the HRIS implementation process from preparation to user care
- Provide analysis for the selection of the vendor, where necessary
- Act as the key person for employee support on the HRIS
- Responsible for administrations involving HRIS vendor in the B2B relations, where necessary
- Provide analysis on pay competitiveness both for operational (e.g. salary offer) to rewards design activities
- Support budgeting process, in collaboration with Finance
- Ensure the compliance of rewards implementation to the applicable Labor Law and policies
- Consistently monitor and review the performance of the rewards program and its vendor
- Support the cost control for both employee cost and operational expenses
- Responsible for administrations involving vendor (e.g., insurance) in the B2B relations
- Own the personal file and HR Operations documents
- Support data for payroll team to provide deliverables as per standard
- Manager HR Operations administrations such as paper works, invoices
You’ll be great for this role if: (Requirement)
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
- Good understanding in Indonesia Labor Law and Regulations
- Good command in English
- MS Office skill (word, excel, ppt), minimum intermediate level for excel
- Possess analytical skill
- Detail oriented
- Self-motivated, have initiative, well organized
- Minimum 5 years working in the similar role/payroll/data analyst or 3 years of experience as a consultant
2. Marketing Activation Specialist
What you’ll do: (Job Responsibility)
- Execute the implementation of brand activation activity, from start to finish, for all OLX Autos campaigns across offline platforms.
- Collaborate with other channels and stakeholders to ensure consistency and alignment in communications strategy and messaging
- Develop and own reporting and analytics needs, including monitoring offline marketing campaign performance to provide business insights
- Advise on the process from pre-campaign to post-campaign, including on-site logistics and post-event follow up.
- Manage event calendar, project timelines, and event budget.
- Evaluate and measure campaign effectiveness.
- Manage and coordinate external suppliers and vendors including favorable contract negotiation.
- Ensure adherence to the firm’s branding compliance issues for campaign-related collateral.
- Required to travel occasionally.
- Experience and well connected within the automotive industry.
- Strong ownership in executing offline campaigns.
- Able to think strategically and work under pressure.
- Understanding of the whole production process, ensuring quality control and technical matters.
- Bachelor’s degree 5-8 years of activation experience, proven track record/experience in offline marketing required
- Problem solver with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Strong project management skills
- Strong visual & aesthetic sensibility in graphic design preferred
- Prior experience in brand activation through offline channels including events (must-have).
3. Senior Brand Manager
- Develop and present solid brand strategies and digital online marketing to achieve business objectives
- Develop and execute brand strategy, strong alignment with the content team, in order to build OLX Autos as the most trusted and credible brand
- Synthesize market data, consumer insights, and competitive analysis from multiple sources to form strong market understanding and anticipate game changing trends
- Manage analytics, providing stakeholders with in-depth analysis of site and channel performance considering analysis of traffic, conversion funnel and ROI from marketing tactics
- Manage OLX e-communications and marketing assets for consumer engagement
- Lead all aspects of campaign management against KPI, to provide actionable insights towards improvement and growth
- Forecast and optimize the annual marketing budget required to meet or exceed customer growth goals, traffic, and demand goals and develop business case to support the annual investments
- Lead and coach team members towards achieving campaign goals and optimal service standards
- Someone who is passionate in brand and an out-of-the-box thinker
- Someone with the ability to lead teams, have influencing skills and proven team management skills
- Someone with strong written and verbal communication skills (Bahasa & English)
- 8+ years of experience in core marketing roles, including at least 3 of the following: brand marketing, media planning, content/social media marketing, PR, etc.
- Experienced in digital marketing channels with strong integrated marketing leadership expertise in an FMCG, automotive, telecommunications, technology or e-commerce company
4. Data Analyst Supervisor
- Deliver effective presentations of findings and recommendations to multiple levels of supervisor, creating visual displays of quantitative information.
- Master our internal analytic datasets and reporting tools, oversee the definition and maintenance of reports or dashboards to identify changes in key metrics
- Carry out the initiative and strategies to all channel that have been formed to support the achievement of Cust.
- Service/Operation Contact Centre KPI and ensure KPI is met for the assigned domain/areas.
- Analyze trends within assigned operations, including contact volumes, contact patterns, staff productivity, staff capacity and resource allocation, and use the analysis results to forecast contact arrival patterns, across all channels.
- Responsible for measuring performance, analyzing trends, and developing strategies to drive continuous improvement on day-to-day operations and meet KPI target and company goals in parallel.
- Act as internal subject matter expert on performance and productivity reporting for the whole customer operations team.
- 1+ years experience in creating and delivering reports based on quantitative analysis
- Experienced with business intelligence tools, designing, reporting and delivering analytic solutions, data management and warehousing, and the strategic use of information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), Google Suites, able use SQL and Python
- Strong analytics and communication (written and verbal) skills with the ability to present data to interested parties with varying technical backgrounds.
- Good Analysis, Persistence, Responsive, Proactive, Pleasant Manner & good team work.
- English language is point plus
