Lowongan Kerja PT Perusahaan Industri Ceres (Delfi Group) – PT Perusahaan Industri Ceres (Delfi Group) dibidang produksi makanan berbahan dasar coklat dengan merek Delfi, Chunky Bar, Top, dan Ceres. Sertifikasi manajemen yang diraih diantaranya ISO 9001, ISO 22000, HACCP, OHSAS 18001, dan Halal.

Saat ini PT Perusahaan Industri Ceres (Delfi Group) kembali membuka lowongan kerja terbaru pada bulan April 2022 untuk mencari calon karyawan yang siap untuk mengisi posisi jabatan yang sedang dibutuhkan. Perusahaan akan mencari kandidat yang terbaik sesuai dengan kualifikasi dan yang cocok untuk posisi yang akan ditempatkan.

Lowongan Kerja PT Perusahaan Industri Ceres (Delfi Group)

Posisi:

1. Production Group Leader

Requirements:

• Fully vaccinated against Covid-19
• Associate’s Degree (D3) of Food Technology/ Chemical Engineering
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, Food Safety are prefrred
• High attention to detail
• Able to multitask and work under pressure
• Willing to work in shifts

2. Production Supervisor

Requirements:

• Fully vaccinated against covid-19
• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) of Chemical / Food / Industrial Engineering
• 1-2 years of experience as production supervisor
• Experience in FMCG preferred
• Able to work under pressure
• Willing to work in shifts
• Good communication and interpersonal skill

3. Maintenance Superintendent

Requirement:

• Fully vaccinated against Covid-19
• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) of Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
• Proficient in speaking and writing English
• Minimum 7 years of experience as maintenance supervisor or similar role
• Strong technical knowledge of all maintenance functions
• Detail oriented and excellence driven

4. Purchasing Jr. Supervisor

Requirements:

• Received Covid-19 booster shot
• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) Logisti Supply Chain
• Microsoft Office skill required
• Excellent in speaking and writing English
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skill
• Honest, flexible, integrity, attention to detail
• Able to work under pressure

5. Production Jr. Supervisor

Requirements:

• Received Covid-19 booster shot
• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) of Chemical / Food / Industrial Engineering
• 1-2 years of experience as production leader
• Experience in FMCG are preferred
• Able to work under pressure
• Willing to work in shifts
• Good communication, interpersonal, and leadership skill

6. Process Engineer

Requirements:

• Received Covid-19 booster shot
• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) of Chemical Engineering
• Excellent in speaking and writing English
• Great critical thinking and problem solving
• Great communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skill
• Able to work under pressure and great attention to detail
